此件作品在嘲諷政府不當的政策，將歷史紋理豐富的海安路拆除，建設官商勾結毫無用處的地下街。作品設置於擴寬馬路拆除立面的家屋，以裸露的鋼筋水泥塊與作品仿石與燈管集成以為製作。寓意破落中的可能。
